Delete your Workspace after closing

We have added a delete functionality which allows all Workspace Admins to permanently delete their workspace and project data from our database.

When a Workspace is closed all data remains in My Virtual Vaults, so it can be reopened later if necessary. If your goal is to delete all data from our servers, you can use the (permanent) delete action. 

How to delete a Workspace? 

1. First, close the Workspace if you are done and the Workspace should no longer be used or accessed. To do this, click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Close Workspace". close WS

2. After the Workspace is closed, you can still see it in your project overview. 
Find the Workspace again and click on the three dots again. Now see the options "Reopen Workspace" and "Delete Workspace". Choose "Delete Workspace".  delete WS

3. To confirm you want to proceed, type the name of the Workspace to delete.

Beware! Virtual Vaults will and can not recover the Workspace after it has been deleted. This is a permanent action.
