Release August 29th: Close, re-open or delete Workspaces as Organization owner
Close, re-open and delete Workspaces by the Organization Owner
The organization owner now has the functionality to close, delete and re-open Workspaces via the Workspace overview page on my Virtual Vaults.
This allows Organization owners to control the Workspace expenses and the data exposure of all different projects. The owner can also see what the last time was that someone was active in that Workspace, so that the owner can make a conscious decision.
Organization Owners are also able to reopen or delete already closed Workspaces. This can be done in the same way as closing the Workspace.
How to close, re-open or delete a Workspace?
In My Virtual Vaults go to the "Workspaces" tab in your Organization overview.
Find the Workspace you want to close, re-open or delete and click on the three dots on the right. Click on the action you want to perform and confirm in the pop-up dialog.
- Workspace Admins will be notified when their Workspace gets closed or reopened and by whom via an email.
- We are planning to release a feature where Organization owners can see who the current Admin users are in the Workspace.
