Workspaces Plus: how can you get started?
Workspaces Plus is for any Organization that requires more active Workspaces and wants to make use of all features in the platform.
Workspaces Plus can be set up very easily for existing and new Organizations:
Only the Organization Owner can upgrade the subscription from the Organization.
The owner can do so when the maximum amount of Workspaces is reached and the owner tries to create a new Workspace. A pop-up screen will show you the limit has been reached and an upgrade is advised:
Follow these steps:
1. Select the preferred payment period- monthly or annually? Use the toggle to switch:
2. Billing details - are your Organizations billing details already filled in in the Organization overview? If so, they will be displayed here.
If this is not the case, the Organization owner is required to fill them in before you can continue the upgrade to Workspaces Plus:
3. Click on "Upgrade" - The changes will be made and the Owner can now also see this in the Organizations subscription page.
