Release October 9th 2023: New Q&A screens!

The brand new and improved Q&A view

As of now, the entire Q&A module in Virtual Vaults received a brand new look.
This improved view is the new standard view in all of our Vaults, so check it out! 

New situation:

The new situation displays the Q&A in a new way, where all questions are automatically displayed in your screen, without having to select a status first. 

In one complete overview you will see all relevant information about the Q&A and you have many more filter options. Some new filters (for a Q&A Admin) are: 
"Submitted by", "assigned to", "latest activity" and "chat" (wherein mentioned / wherein contributed). 

Old situation: 

The old situation in the Q&A shows you an overview of your questions, based on the status filter you selected on the left side. 
In the middle of the screen, it displays the question group who asked the question, the question reference, the question and lastly when the question was submitted or disclosed. 
Underneath the status filter and search bar, you are also able to filter on high priority questions, groups, roles, user label, categories and tags.
