Release October 9th: The new Q&A Dashboard

Take a look at the new Question & Answer section in our Data Room:  

The right side of the Q&A overview now gives you all possible filters to apply on your view. You can use these filters to see which questions are still unassigned, asked by a certain buyer group, assigned to a specific user or when the last activity was. 

Filters to apply are: Status, Category, Submitted by, User label, Assigned to, Latest Activity, Chat and Tags. 

The left side contains details about the question and answer, such as the priority, the ID, the question reference and a preview of the question and answer. 

A new feature we added is the toggle switch "Unread only".
Slide the toggle to the right to get an overview of only all the unread questions. This setting is personal, so only the questions you have not read yet, will appear.
