To get an overview of how many folders and documents there are visible for you, click on Index report in the top right.
The Excel report shows all folders, subfolders and documents, including document types you have access to.
The My activity report is an Excel report where you can monitor your own activities. The report shows the index with a red cross or green checkmark.
If you haven't viewed, printed or downloaded the document the first column will show a cross.
If you have viewed, printed or downloaded the document the first column will show a green checkmark. In addition this report will also show your last action.
