When an archive consists documents with a long folder path the folder and document names get shortened. The folder path cannot exceed 200 characters. This happens because Microsoft Windows has a 256 character limit.
There is a margin of 56 characters to allow you to save the folder structure on your computer.
For example: C:\Users\FirstNameLastName\Desktop\VaultName is 44 characters.
The changes made to the folder and document names are found in the Process Report.
