Download all documents from your Vault

How can you download all (new) documents?

Only if the permission "Mass download" has been granted, users are able to download all or all newly available documents in one action. 

To perform a mass download of all documents, use the steps below:

1. At the Documents section, there is a Mass download button at the top right of the screen.

2. Click  Mass Download and choose if you want to download files only or Files and folder structure.

To download only the new documents since your last login e.g., use the steps below:

1. Log in to your Vault and click  Notifications.
2. Use the filters to make a selection of the displayed files.
3. Select all items.
4. Click  Download and the download will immediately start in your browser.
