Navigate to Roles & users and select New role;
Select the role type. Read more about difference between role types;
Determine the role name and report permissions. Select Save;
Select Set permissions;
Select the content permissions and select Save.
You can set the permission on Vault level or on individual level. Read more about setting permissions.
In the example below the role GREEN gets access with print and download permission on all folders except folder 7 Human Resources.
The role is created and the permissions are set. You can now invite users in your created role.
