Invite users
How to invite new users to your Vault?
Inviting new users to your Vault is easy. Follow the steps below to kick start your due diligence process.
User Management Tip: Make sure you set permissions before inviting users to the role. Visit Set Permissions to learn more about it. If you want to invite a Vault Admin, visit Invite a Vault Admin to learn how to perform this action.
Log in to your Vault and navigate to the role you want to invite users to.
1. Select Add users next to the role you would like to invite the users for.
2. Fill in the email address(es).
3. Select Next.
4. Determine the Q&A role per user. Visit Q&A roles to learn more about this choice.
5. Click on Next.
6. You can add an optional personal invitation text for additional information.
7. Click on Invite now or choose to either to (i) Save as draft or (ii) Schedule the invitations for later.
