Permissions report (Admins)

How to use the Permissions report?

For Admins the Permissions report shows all set permissions on the folders, documents and placeholders for all roles they can also see in the Data Room.
For the Admin this means all roles, for the Manager and Contributor this means their own role and the ones below them.

Exception: If the Contributor role has not been granted the "User visibility" permission, their report won't include any other roles. They will get a similar report to the Guest role.

The report has a filter in the top row to quickly sort by document type, for example.

It is also possible to make a specific selection before you generate the report. This allows you to make a comparison of between roles. permission report filter
