The My activity report is an Excel report that shows the complete content (folders, documents and placeholders) of the Vault from your role's perspective including a green checkmark or red cross.
If you haven't viewed, printed or downloaded the document the first column will show a cross.
If you have viewed, printed or downloaded the document the first column will show a green checkmark. In addition this report will also show your last action.
The report has a filter in the top row. With this filter you can quickly sort by document type for example.
