The "Mass download" option has been disabled by your Vault Admin
Do you get the following message when you try to mass download documents?
One of these scenarios might apply to you:
| 1. You have download permissions for single documents, but the mass download feature is disabled by the Vault Admin. Ask the Vault Admin for permission. |
| 2. You have no download permissions on any document. Ask the Vault Admin for permission. |
