How to manage watermark settings in documents?
As a Vault Admin, you can disable and enable the watermark in documents for each role. By default, documents with View Online or Download secured PDF permission will contain a watermark with the users' email address, as well as the date and time of opening or downloading the document.
To enable or disable watermarks, use the steps below.
Log in to your Vault and navigate to role you want to adjust the watermarks for.
1. Click on Set permissions.
2. Switch the toggle to enable or disable the watermark.
3. Select Save.
