The progress report is an Excel report that shows which documents in the Vault have and have not been accessed (views, prints and/or downloads) by external users.
✔ means that a document has been accessed by at least one of the users in this role
⬤ means that a document has not been accessed by the users in this role
✖ means that the role has no access to this document
— means that a this is a placeholder and can not be accessed
The report has a filter in the top row. With this filter you can quickly sort by unseen documents for example.
