Progress report (Admins)
How to use the Progress report?
The progress report is an Excel file that shows which documents in the Vault have and have not been accessed (views and/or downloads) by external users. Be aware that this report is only available for Vault Admins.
Understanding the symbols in the Progress report:
✔ Document has been accessed by at least one of the users in this role.
⬤ Document has not been accessed by the users in this role.
✖ Role has no access to this document.
— It is a placeholder and can not be accessed.
The report has a filter in the top row. With this filter you can quickly sort by unseen documents, for example.
