Progress report (Vault Admin)

How to use the Progress report?

Vault Admins can use the progress report to see which documents have been accessed or not by external users. Be aware that this report is only available for Vault Admins. Use the filters in the top row to quickly sort by documents not accessed yet.

✔  Accessed by at least one user in this role.
⬤  Not accessed by the users in this role.
✖  Role has no access to this document.
— Placeholders cannot be accessed.
1 The number displays the amount of all actions performed on the document (view, download, mass download)
