Watermark in documents
What is a watermark?
Watermarks add an extra layer of accountability to confidential documents. If a document is viewed online or downloaded, a watermark makes clear that the document is confidential.
By default, documents with View Online or Download secured PDF permission will contain a watermark. This watermark will contain the email address of the user, the document title and the date and time of opening or downloading the document.
Document Management Tip: As a Vault Admin you can always enable or disable watermarks. Visit Manage watermark settings to learn how to perform this action.
