How to set up the Q&A documents folder per buyer group?
Do you have multiple buyer groups? Then you may want to share a document with a certain buyer group only. When you create a Q&A folder per buyer group, you make sure these documents only are disclosed to the right buyer group without creating gaps between index numbers.

Create a Q&A folder per buyer group
In the example screens below, a Q&A folder is created in the Other Documents environment for buyer group Blue.
1. Create a folder per buyer group in Other Documents. Visit Add new folders in case you have doubts on how to add a folder.
2. Grant each buyer group permissions on their specific folder. Visit Set Permissions to learn how to do this.
3. Upload your documents directly from the Q&A module. Visit Upload (additional) documents in case you have questions on how you can upload your documents.
