How to change your mobile phone number?
You can always change you mobile phone number. Depending on whether you can log in to your Vault or not, you will need to follow different steps. Choose the scenario that suits your situation best.
If you can log in to your Vault, follow the steps below to change your mobile phone number:
1. Log in to your Vault.
2. Click on your name in the top right of your screen.
3. Select User details from the menu.
4. Select Change next to Phone number.
5. Fill in your new number and your current password and select Call me or Text me to verify your new phone number.
6. If you selected Call me, pick up and press 1. If you selected Text me, fill in the 6-digit code.
7. You will be redirected to the Vault. Your phone number has been changed.
If you cannot log in to your Vault, follow the steps below to change your mobile phone number:
1. Navigate to the following link: https://secure.virtualvaults.com/en-US/#/login/
2. Fill in your registered email address and password.
3. Click on Wrong number.
4. Fill in the details and click on Continue.
