How to change your mobile phone number?
Depending on whether you can log in to your Virtual Vaults account or not, click below the situation that applies to you.
I can log in to my account
1. Log in to your Virtual Vaults account. |
2. Click on your name in the top right of your screen. |
3. Click on User details in the menu. |
4. Click Change behind your phone number. |
5. Fill in your new number and your current password and select Call me or Text me to verify your new phone number. Note: Our platform will try to locate your country automatically. If the detected country is incorrect, you can change the country selection or just type your phone number including a country-code (e.g. +31612341234). To detect your country, we include GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available on http://www.maxmind.com.

6. If you selected Call me, pick up and press 1. If you selected Text me, fill in the six digit code. |
7. Your phone number has been changed and you will be redirected to My Virtual Vaults. |
I cannot log in to my account
1. Go to https://secure.virtualvaults.com |
2. Fill in your registered email address and password. |
3. During the two factor authentication, click on Wrong number. This will lead you to the request screen for a number change. |
4. Fill in all your details (old number, new number, email) and continue. |
5. Our system will automatically generate an email for you to send to our Customer success team with the request. Click Compose email. |
6. Our Customer Success team will contact you to verify the request. |
