Best practice Other Documents: Transactional documents
How to set up the transactional documents folder?
Do you have multiple buyer groups? You may want to share individual documentation regarding the due diligence process with each of them. When you create a folder per buyer group, you make sure the documents are only disclosed to the right buyer group without creating gaps between index numbers.
Advantages of having a transactional documents folder
Create a separate folder per buyer group outside the index.
Upload transactional documents like the NDA, Vault disclaimer, and Working Party List.
Part of disclosed information and archive on USB.
No need to add transactional documents separately in the closing procedure.
