How to search in your Vault?
Don't lose time! Use our search feature and quickly find what you're looking for in your Vault.
The search feature is a tool that is there to help you navigate through the documentation in the Vault.
Search in the entire Vault
You can find the Search option at the top menu.
Enter one or more keywords in the search bar. It will search for the keywords in titles, files, folders and in the descriptions.
You can use the filter on the left side to filter on documents that are new/uploaded since a specific date and time, but also on items you have certain set permissions on, for example, download permissions, making it easier to retrieve the documents you need.

Note: A search will give up to 500 content results. Make sure you refine your search to a unique word that does not appear in every file to find the relevant documents.
