After logging in I get a 'no access' message

There are 3 possible causes:
1. The Vault has been closed by the Vault Admin
2. Your role has been disabled by the Vault Admin
3. Your account has been disabled by the Vault Admin
What can you do? Contact the Vault Admin of the Vault to regain access.
