Edit browser settings to allow Office 365 personal copy
How to set your browser for personal excel copies in Virtual Vaults?
Having trouble creating your own personal copy? It is possible that because of your browser's settings the personal Excel copy is not being created. To solve this issue, use the steps below.
1. Navigate to Settings in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on Privacy and security.
3. Click on Cookies and other site data.
4. Scroll all the way to See all cookies and site data and click on Add next to Sites that can always use cookies.
5. Type in the Virtual Vaults URL: https://secure.virtualvaults.com/, tick the box Including third-party cookies on this site and click on Add to finalize the action.
1. Navigate to Settings in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on Cookies and site permissions.
3. Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data.
4. Look for the Allow section and click on Add.
5. Type in the Virtual Vaults URL: https://secure.virtualvaults.com/, tick the box Include third-party cookies on this site and click on Add to finalize the action.
1. Navigate to Options in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on Privacy and Security.
3. Navigate to the section Cookies and Site Data.
4. Click on Manage Exceptions.
5. Type in the following URL: https://ffc-excel.officeapps.live.com/, click on Allow and Save changes to finalize the action.
1. Navigate to Preferences in the top right corner of your browser.
2. Click on Privacy.
3. Uncheck the Prevent cross-site tracking box and close the preferences screen to finalize the action.
