Change the security level
How to change the security level of the Vault?
The security level of your Vault is already very high, but you can make it even higher if you wish.
To customize the security settings of your Vault, use the steps below:
1. If you are a Vault Admin, log in to My Virtual Vaults.
2. Navigate to your project and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the Vault tile.
3. Select Vault details from the drop down menu.
4. Navigate to Security.
5. Set your security levels:
Multi-factor authentication level: Choose between the default or strict setting. With the default setting MFA is required when users log in to your Vault on a new device. Once the device has been registered, a new MFA-request will not pop up again. With the strict setting, users are required to authenticate via their selected method, on a daily basis. Read more about multi-factor authentication here.
Access level for Virtual Vaults support agents: Choose between no access, limited access or no access. Read more about the differences here.
Notification emails: Determine whether the notification emails that are sent to the users in the Vault contain document names or not.
