Limited Project Admin
What happens when a Project Admin is limited in their permissions
When a Project Admin doesn't have all permissions to a folder, file or placeholder, it is not possible to set or change permissions for the item(s).

Note: Only Vault Admins are able to change Project Admin's permissions.
