How to contact your Vault Admin?

In certain situations you can get a message that you need to contact your Vault Admin. For example, regarding to your permissions.

In case you don't know who the Vault Admin is, reach out to our Customer Success Team. They are happy to forward your request to the Vault Admin.

• Send an email to support@virtualvaults.com
• Send us a message through the Vault. Click  Support in the top bar of your Vault and choose  Send message.
