Content Admin
What can a Content Admin do?
A Content Admin can manage content, but can be limited in its actions, depending on how the permissions are set for this role.
Content Admins cannot set or manage permissions for other roles. Content Admins are also not able to invite users to the Data Room.
When granted the right permissions, they can browse all content and perform certain content permissions, such as uploading, moving, deleting and renaming folders and files.
When uploading files or creating folders, these items will inherit the permissions that are applied to the destination folder, so these might become visible to other users right away.
Note: If User visibility is activated in the permission overview, Content Admins can see all Admin- and Guest users in the Data Room. If not, they will not be able to see other users (this setting is inactive by default).
