Content Admin
What can a Content Admin do?
A Content Admin can manage content, but can be limited in its actions, depending on how the permissions are set for this role.
Content Admins cannot set or manage permissions in roles. When uploading or creating folders and placeholders, the items will inherit the permissions that are applied to the Vault or the destination folder. Therefore, these items can be visible or invisible for (external) users, depending on the permissions set for those roles.
Note: Content Admins cannot see other users in the Vault like the Vault Admin and Project Admin. However, when permissions for Activity Reports is active, users can be seen through the Document activity by user report.
