Content Admin
What can a Content Admin do?
A Content Admin can have all content permissions (upload, edit, move and delete) but this can be limited.
Content Admins cannot set permissions. When documents or folders are created, the selected items will inherit the permissions that are applied to the Vault or the destination folder. Therefore, these items might become visible for (external) users.
Things you should know about Content Admins:
- Reports: When granted report permissions, a Content Admin can see its own and Guests activities. Visit Quick intro to Reports to learn more about the different types of reports.
- Example: Users in this role can upload documents, but don't need to manage roles and permissions.
