Approve answers

 When the feature is enabled, the status Answers to be approved is added to the Q&A dashboard.

 When an answer is assigned to, or saved by a Q&A Admin, the question gets the status Answers to be disclosed.

 Every Q&A Admin and Answer Drafter can approve an answer.

 The amount of approvals is displayed in the Q&A dialogue

 The approvals are not disclosed to the buy side.

 When an answer is amended, all approvals will be C

 The feature is never blocking a Q&A flow. Q&A Admins are always able to disclose an answer, even if it lacks an approval.

1. A question is submitted by the Buy side.

2. The first Q&A Admin saves an answer.

3. The second Q&A Admin approves the answer.

4. The first Q&A Admin approves and discloses the answer.

Result: Answer is approved by two Q&A Admins.

1. A question is submitted by the Buy side.

2. The Q&A Admin assigns the question to an Answer Drafter.

3. The Answer Drafter drafts an answer and assigns it back to the Q&A Admins.

4. The first Q&A Admin approves the answer.

5. The second Q&A Admin approves and discloses the answer.

Result: Answer is approved by two Q&A Admins.

1. A question is submitted by the Buy side.

2. The Q&A Admin assigns the question to the first Answer Drafter.

3. The first Answer Drafter drafts an answer and assigns it to the second Answer Drafter.

4. The second Answer Drafter approves the answer and assigns it to the Q&A Admin.

5. Answer is approved by Q&A Admin and one Answer Drafter.

Result: One Q&A Admin and multiple Answer Drafters
