Vault Admins can decide which level of access the Virtual Vaults support agents have. This setting is set upon first use of the Vault. It can be changed at any given time in My Virtual Vaults.
Limited access (recommended)
The Virtual Vaults support agents can access your Vault to fully assist you or your users. They cannot access the documents and are restricted in performing specific actions.
Support agents cannot:
- View and download documents
- Upload and move documents
- Invite new users
- Change role permissions
- Combine or split roles
Support agents can:
- Create an empty folder structure
- View folder and document names
- Enable and disable users
- Enable and disable roles
- View role permissions
- Create an archive (if requested)
- Close the Vault
Full access
The Virtual Vaults support agents can access your Vault to fully assist you or your users. They can access the documents and are unrestricted in performing actions.
Support agents can:
- View and download documents
- Upload and move documents
- Invite and manage users
- Manage roles and permissions
- Create an archive
- Close the Vault
No access
The Virtual Vaults support agents cannot access your Vault. This means they will only be able to assist you or your users on general questions.
Support agents cannot:
- Access the Vault
- Create an archive
- Close the Vault
Support agents can:
- View the Vault name
- View the Vault Admins
