Best practices to solve the problem of non-converted files
What can you do with non-converted files?
Within non-converted files window:
Best practice: Grant Download original permission on non-converted files.
Outside non-converted files window:
Best practice: Delete non-converted files and upload files again.

There are some reasons why a file could be non-converted. Below is an explanation for all possible reasons and optional work arounds/best practices:
Reason: File type is not supported
Is the file a Zip file?
Best practice: Extract the Zip file on your local machine, and upload the extracted folders and files.
Reason: File is not supported
Is the file a PDF file? The file type is supported, but the file has elements that cannot be converted.
Best practice: Print the original document as PDF, save and re-upload.
Is the file an Excel file? The file type is supported, but the file has elements that cannot be converted.
Best practice: Grant Download original permission.
Reason: File exceeds conversion limits
Does the file contain more than 1500 pages or 100MB?
Best practice: Divide the file into several smaller parts, and re-upload.
Is the file an Excel file?
Best practice: Reset the print margins of all tabs, save and re-upload.
Reason: File is password protected
Is the file password protected?
Best practice: Unprotect the file on local machine, save and re-upload.
