Q&A filters: Question group
Understanding the Q&A filters on the Question group
The Q&A section for the Question group contains a set of filters. These filters are displayed under Status (see image below) for both Question Submitters and Question Drafters. In this article we explain what each of these filters mean.
There are 4 different filters in the Q&A section of the Question group:
1. Assigned to you: All the questions that are drafted by a user (applicable for Question Submitters and Question Drafters) or have been assigned to them (only applicable for Question Submitters). These questions are not visible to the Answer group. They are visible for other Question Drafters and Question Submitters in their group but they can’t submit or edit the questions.
2. Asked by you: All the questions that have been drafted and assigned by a user (applicable for Question Submitters and Question Drafters) and/or submitted by this user (only applicable for Question Submitters).
3. Disclosed answers: All the questions that have been drafted and assigned by a user (applicable for Question Submitters and Question Drafters) and/or submitted by this user (only applicable for Question Submitters).
4. All: All questions that have been asked or drafted in the Q&A. Each question will contain its corresponding status. Find below a quick explanation of the different question status: ‘Drafted on’: The question is saved as a draft and it can still be adjusted. The other users in the group can see the draft question, but they can’t submit the question. If Question Drafters want their question to be submitted they must assign it to one of the Question Submitters.
‘Awaiting approval since dd-mm-year time’: The questions are assigned to a Question Submitter. The questions are not visible to the Answer group. The Question Submitter has to submit the questions.
'Submitted on’: The question has been submitted and it is visible to the Answer group. The question cannot be changed anymore.
‘Answered’: The questions with this status have been answered.
