Using status in Workspace
Workspace users can set a status on both folder level and file level to keep track of the data collection progress. In this article you will learn where you can change the status of a file/folder, what happens when you set or file/folder to the status done, and how to interpret the status bar progression.

Things you should know when a file/folder is set to Done
To optimize the workflow, we have limited the options for users when a folder or file is set to done. This ensures modifications in the finalized items are not performed without consideration. Every user can change the status back to In progress to continue working.
Workspace Tip: To get a quick overview of the progress of your data collection hover over the progress bar to get a glance of the number of items in each status and the total number of items in the data collection. We count both the folders and the files for this total.
