Subscription renewal
When is my Data Room subscription renewing?
To access your subscription information, visit the subscription details of your Data Room using the following steps.
1. Log in to My Virtual Vaults. |
2. Navigate to the project and click the three dots in the top right corner of the Data Room tile. |
3. Select Subscriptions details from the drop down menu and the following screen will appear, where it shows the next billing date (renewal date). |
In case the term or the team size of the subscription needs to be adjusted before the renewal, please visit this article to learn about how change this.
Note: Three days before the subscription plan renews an email will be sent to the Admins with the details of the renewal. If the subscription doesn't need to be renewed, the Data Room must be closed before the renewal date.
