Review mode in Workspace
Workspace enables users to review documents after they have been added to a data collection. The data collection is the Data room framework, but after the initial setup you as advisor need to focus on the document details.
Checks during document review
1. Does the document contain the right information?
2.Is the document in the right folder? Open the file and look at the top left for it's location
3. Should the document be renamed?
4. Should the document be redacted?
5. Should someone else review the document?
The review mode provides you a tool that focuses solely on the document review process and clears out all the noise of intermediate folders and its index structure. The review mode is ordered by upload date, so you always see what was uploaded last and by whom. You can easily redact, assign and change the status of those documents.
Work more efficient and get your work done in a smaller period of time by using review mode Speed up your review process even further by using the arrow keys to navigate through all documents.
Things to know about the review mode:
After files are added to your data collection, the review mode will show you a list of everything that "needs to be done".
Use the review mode to check all documents before your data collection is exported to a Vault.
By setting different statuses on the files and eventually marking them as "Done", you can keep track of your progress with the progress bar in the top right corner.
Use the multi-select tool to perform bulk actions, such as downloading, deleting or assigning documents.
Use the filter options to either show all completed items or to filter on status, draft redactions in the redaction tool or files assigned to you.
How to use the different features?
1. Choose the data collection you want to work in for reviewing your documents.
2. Filter on completed items - these items are all files set to "Done"
3. Filter on all different statuses possible, files assigned to you and draft redactions
4. track the progress in the progression bar on the top right
5. This feature will become a Workspaces Plus feature
