Vault details - Disclaimer

The disclaimer outlines the confidentiality of the information being shared in the Vault. All parties in the Vault must agree to the disclaimer before they can enter.

The disclaimer has to be accepted by all users upon first use of the Vault and after every time the disclaimer is updated.
