The Authorization report provides an overview of permission changes per document, showing who changed permissions, when and for which roles or groups.
Admins use this report to track access changes, review who granted or revoked permissions, and identify when specific documents became visible or restricted. It is especially useful for audits, reviews, investigating access issues, or maintaining a clear record of permission history.
The report has a filter in the top row to quickly sort by buyer role, for example.
Note: It is also possible to make a specific selection before you generate the report. This allows you to select a certain role, document, or date range.
