Learn how to assign documents and set review statuses
All buy side users can assign documents for review to themselves and their group members. Once assigned, documents will appear in the Assigned to me section.
You can set review statuses and filter documents to track due diligence progress.
Assigning documents and folders
1. Select documents or folders and click Add assignees.
Note: If you select a folder, all its contents will be assigned. To assign specific items from a folder, select them individually.
2. Assign items to group members in your role or other roles. Some items may not be assigned to people in other roles due to access restrictions.
3. The avatars of the assignees will appear next to each item. The assignees will receive email notifications and updates in the Notifications tab.
You can unassign items by clicking Remove assignees.
Using review statuses
1. Set review statuses on documents by clicking on your Avatar:
- To review
- In review
- Reviewed
2. Filter documents by review status to track your and your team’s progress.
You can always view assignees and check review statuses in the index report.
