Index report
How to use Index report?
The Index report shows the complete content structure (folders, documents and placeholders) of the Data Room and indicates whether you accessed the file and which action was performed on it. The report has a filter in the top row to quickly sort by document type, or permission, for example.
Columns in the Index report:
- Type: indicates if it is a folder, document or placeholder.
- Index: the index number (empty cell for Other Documents).
- Name: the name of the folder, document or placeholder.
- Description: the description of the folder, document or placeholder (if applicable).
- Ext: the extension of the document type. (for example .doc .pdf).
- Size (MB): the size of the document in MB.
- Pages: the amount of pages of the document.
- Permission: which download permission is set for the item.
- Date visible: the date and time the folder, document or placeholder was accessible for your role.
- Seen: indicates whether you have accessed the document in the Data Room or not.
- Last action: the last action you performed on the document, for instance viewed online or downloaded the document.
- Date last action: the date when you performed the last action to the concerning document, as mentioned above.

Link: a link to the document or folder in Data Room.
Available only to buy side users:
- Reviewed: the document's review status.
- Assignees: the names of people assigned to review the item and their review statuses.
