As a Workspace Admin, you can resend the Service Agreement directly from My Virtual Vaults. This is useful when the recipient did not receive the agreement, when the details need to be corrected, or when the contact person has changed.
Follow the steps below to resend the agreement:
1. Log in to My Virtual Vaults and open your Workspace.
2. Go the Dashboard and click on Contract sent, awaiting signature.
3. Select Resend the contract and this will restart the new billing flow again. You can fill in the new/correct recipient's name, e-mail address and contract currency, as shown below.
PLEASE NOTE: This will automatically cancel the previously issued agreement. When a new agreement is sent or resent from the Workspace, the most recent version will apply.
