I cannot perform any action on the folder or file when it is set to lock, why is that?
When a folder or file is locked, we don't want anyone to change something without consideration. Therefore all actions are restricted when it's locked. If you're a Guest, ask the Admin to unlock it to continue working!
How can I see the description of the folder so that I know which files to upload or information to provide?
You can click on the details pane and open the description pane.
What type of files can I view online?
You can view Microsoft Office and pdf files and images (png and jpg) online.
How can I see all that is relevant to me?
You can use the filter 'assigned to you' to only see the elements in the list that you are assigned to.
Can everybody delete files or folders?
We believe in collaboration and trust during the preparation phase, therefore every user can perform this action.
As an Admin, do I get notified when documents are being uploaded?
Yes, you will receive an email notification within 1 hour when documents have been uploaded.
How come I don't see anything in my notifications panel when I log in?
The notifications are currently only being stored when you are online. All items will be cleared once you log out. We will add offline collection of notifications in a future update.
Can I hide documents from some of the Workspace users?
Yes, Admins can set top level folders/files to private. This will restrict Guest users access to the folder/file. Be aware that when Admins assign private folders/files to a Guest user, the user will have access to it and will be able to assign it to other users.
