Invitation email not received
What if you haven't received the invitation email?
If you haven't received an invitation email for your Vault, one of these four scenarios might help you.
- You already have an active account and don't need to register. You can directly log in here.
- Email landed in spam. Check your spam or junk folder and any filters in your inbox.
- Your firewall is could be blocking the invitation email. Please contact your IT department to add @virtualvaults.com to the trusted senders.
- Ask the Vault Admin to check if you have been invited on the correct email address. Visit Contact your Vault Admin to learn how you can get in touch with this person.
Still no invitation email? Our Customer Success team is happy to resend the invite to the same email address. Contact our team on +3188 - 238 22 40 or email@example.com.
