When you are not receiving a text message during registration, you can take the following actions:
1. Check if the mobile phone number displayed is correct, including country code.
2. Check your SMS inbox. Delete some text messages if the inbox is full.
3. Check the status of our SMS provider in your region here.
4. Check your telecom provider if the service is available. If not, continue to the next action.
5. Try using a different authentication method. Try the Get a call option or Try another method (via an authenticator app).
