The Unsupported files report shows all documents that are not converted and cannot be viewed in the Data Room, including the file type and the reason for the issue.
Admins can download this report to identify files that need action, ensure content is accessible and visible to the buy side. It helps maintain a smooth user experience and avoid access problems.

These are the possible reasons for a document to not be converted:
- The file is queued or currently being processed by the viewer
- The file type is not supported by the viewer
- The file contains external data sources
- The file has more than 1,500 pages
- The file is size exceeds 100 MB
- The file is password protected.
