The Document activity by user report is an Excel report that shows all content actions in the Vault.
The report has a filter in the top row. With this filter you can quickly sort by buyer role for example.
It is also possible to make a specific selection before you generate the report. You can select a certain group, role, user, document, or date range.
Vault Admin: Sees actions of all users;
Project Admin: Sees actions of own role, and Content Admin and End User roles;
Content Admin: Sees actions of own role and End User roles;
End User: Sees actions of own role.
