How to use the report for Document activity by user?
The Document activity by user report is an Excel file which contains all content actions in the Vault. Depending the user's role, he or she will have access to different type of information.
Vault Admin: Sees actions of all users.
Project Admin: Sees actions of users of its own role, Content Admin and Guest roles.
Content Admin: Sees actions of users of its own role and Guest roles.
Guest: Sees actions of users of its own role.
Be aware that for Project Admins, Content Admins and Guests, the access to this report must be enable.
The report has a filter in the top row. With this filter, you can quickly sort by buyer role, for example.
Note: It is possible to make a specific selection before you generate the report. You can select a group, role, user, label, document, or date range. See image below.
