Progress report - Buy side (Admin only)

The Progress report shows which documents have been accessed or not by external users. 

This helps Admins to monitor buyer engagement and progress, identify which content has been accessed (viewed or downloaded) and track completion levels. It provides a clear picture of how actively the buy side is reviewing the contents of the Data Room. 

Note: be aware that this report is only available for Admins. 

Use the filters in the top row to quickly sort by documents not accessed yet.

Understanding the symbols in the Progress report
	✔  Accessed by at least one user in this role. ⬤  Not accessed by the users in this role. ✖  Role has no access to this document. — Placeholders cannot be accessed. 1 The number displays the amount of all actions performed on the document (view, download, mass download)
