Quick intro to Insights
How to use insights?
The Insights section contains several charts. Read below to learn more about each of these charts and the actions you can perform.
Buy side engagement
Assess the behavior of buyers on document activity and logins. Buy side engagement displays a timeline with the activity of the buyer groups based on the total logins or document activity of the last 30 days.
Navigating through Buy side engagement:
1. By clicking on the top right drop down menu, you can select different criteria (logins, login time, document activity and unique users) to generate a different graph.
2. By clicking on the timeline, a combination of charts will be displayed, enabling you to change the time span, select a specific group or role, and exclude some actions (views or downloads).
Observe the progress of accessed documents by the buy side. The buy side progress bar graph displays the percentage of accessed (viewed or downloaded) documents per buyer group.
Navigating through Buy side progress: By clicking on the chart, the index of the Vault with the percentages of accessed documents will be displayed. From there, you can dive deeper into which role or user has accessed which documents.
Look at the heat in your Vault based on the buyer actions in the Vault content. The activity heatmap displays a map with the total count of views and downloads (in case of multiple buyer groups) or the most popular folders (in case of one buyer group).
Navigating through the heatmap :
1. By clicking on the map, you will see an enlarged image of the map.
2. Switching the Heatmap view allows you to compare groups and roles based on the index or choose a different setting (most active per group, or most active per folder).
Glance over Q&A activity based on the number of submitted questions by buyers. Submitted questions displays a timeline with the number of submitted questions in the last 30 days.
Navigating through Submitted questions : By clicking on the timeline, you will be able to change the time span or to select a specific group or role .
Look at the heat in your Vault based on the Q&A. Map of the most popular folders based on the total amount of questions asked.
