Update payment details
How to update your payment details?
You have received an email due to a validation error in the authorization for direct debit. The combination of the specified IBAN, name and address appears to be invalid. To adjust your payment details, use the following steps.
1. Click on Update payment details.
Note: The link in the email will be valid for 5 days.
After clicking on Adjust payment details in the email you are redirected to the authorization procedure of our payment service provider Chargebee with GoCardless:
2. Scroll down and adjust the fields that are incorrect or incomplete.
3. Select Set up Direct Debit.
4. You will be presented an overview page where you can check your details.
5. Scroll down and by clicking Confirm you will successfully finish the authorization procedure.
