The Index report provides a complete overview of the Data Room folder structure, including all folders, documents and placeholders.
Admins can download this report to perform final checks before inviting Guests and verify what content has been uploaded.
The report has a filter in the top row to quickly sort by document type, for example.
Columns in the Index report:
- Type: indicates if it concerns a folder, document or placeholder.
- Index: the index number (empty cell for Other Documents).
- Name: the title of the folder, document or placeholder.
- Description: the description of the folder, document or placeholder (if applicable).
- Pages: the amount of pages of the document.
- Size (MB): the size of the document in MB.
- Ext: the extension of the document type. (for example .doc .pdf).
- Date visible: the date and time the folder, document or placeholder was accessible for your role.
- Link: the direct link to a folder or document.
